Anna Kate turned 2 on June 27th!!
She is a spunky, funny, smart, adorable 2 year old! Some of her favorite things now are collecting rocks, gymnastics class, looking at books, helping cooking especially baking, and swinging!
She is really friendly and loves to wave and say hi to anyone and everyone. It's like she has never met a stranger and she is definitely not shy! At her 2 year doctor visit, the doctor said that this visit doesn't tend to go well because 2 year olds generally don't like "strangers." Anna Kate just chatted with him and no tears were shed at all!! At her visit she weighed 24 lbs 10 oz (37%) and is 34.75 (70 %) inches tall. She is also very brave! She will try everything her gymnastics teacher asks her to try
She loves to play with older kids and fits right in with all of the make believe games. She just jumps right in to whatever everyone is playing and has a great time with them. And everyone loves playing with her too because she's so fun :) Of course she loves to play with her best friend, Claire!
She talks a lot!! She speaks in sentences. Loves to sing the ABC song!
She loves owls and wanted an owl birthday party for her 2nd birthday! So we had an owl party at Pepe's house in Williamsburg and she loved it!
